TVG Plumbing & Inspections
TVG Plumbing & Inspections, short for The Vanilla Gorilla, is an owner operated plumbing and home inspection company based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. With an existing brand built around its sasquatch mascot, TVG brings a playful and memorable personality to an industry that can often feel pretty straightforward.
Designing For An Existing Brand
I worked within TVG’s existing brand to create a set of business cards and a promotional door hanger. Both pieces needed to carry the personality of the brand while still making important information easy to find.
The business cards keep things simple and recognizable, while the door hanger gave me more room to use TVG’s illustrations and humor to create something designed to grab attention at the door. Together, the pieces show how I can work within an established identity and adapt it across different print formats without needing to reinvent the brand.
